When can I start using my plan?

Immediately! Once you've signed up, you can log in and start sending files right away.

How does the 15 day free trial work?

At the end of the 15 day free trial, you'll be able to continue using the plan you've chosen by entering your payment information. Once you subscribe, we'll bill you a prorated amount to cover the rest of the current month, and then we'll bill you on the 1st of the month from there on out. If you choose not to subscribe, we'll automatically update your account to the Free plan so that none of your data will be lost.

Can I get the free trial if I upgrade from the free plan to a paying one later?

No. The free trial only works if you choose it when signing up for an account.

Can I change plans during my free trial?

Of course! Feel free to move from plan to plan to get a feel for all of them during your free trial.

When will my credit card be billed?

We do our monthly billing on the 1st day of every month. For plan upgrades and free trials that end during the month, we bill a prorated charge at that time.

How does prorating work? Will I be charged when I upgrade?

When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference between your current plan and your new plan.

If I change to a cheaper plan, will I get a refund for the difference?

No, we don't refund processed payments. If you're switching to a cheaper plan, you might want to wait until it's near the end of the month to do so - that way you can take advantage of your current plan for the rest of the month (since you've already paid for it) - just remember to complete your switch before the beginning of the next month so that you're not billed at the higher rate again.

What is your refund policy?

Once a payment has been made, we don't refund it. This means if you are planning to cancel your subscription, make sure to do it before the 1st of the next month to avoid being charged again.

Is there a long-term contract? How do I cancel?

No! We don't believe in long term contracts - if you're not happy with our service, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to cancel. To cancel, just go to the "My Account" page after logging in and click on the "Cancel My Account" link - it's that easy.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Of course! You can select a different plan at any time - you are completely free to choose the plan that works best for you.

What forms of payment are ok? Can you invoice me?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We're unable to create invoices or process purchase orders. We do send out monthly emails whenever your account is billed.
